Identification and contact details, income and household information, coverage details and, when a case requires it, medical information related to the application.

How we use it

To assess your eligibility, prepare and file applications, communicate with agencies and insurers on your behalf, and follow up on your cases and renewals.

Who we share it with

Only with the agencies, insurers, hospitals or programs involved in your case, and only with your written authorization. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes.

How we protect it

We keep your documents in protected systems with access restricted to the staff handling your case. Physical documents are stored under lock and securely destroyed when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections and revoke your authorization at any time, except for what has already been used with your consent.
